I have a 1 bed/bath. It is upstairs and in the summer it can be hard to keep cool due to poor insulation. All appliances work without much noise or sign of age. In regards to plumbing, getting hot water from the kitchen faucet does not happen, only warm.

Management:
I have had little trouble with management. I feel that it is unfair to name the manager and personally attack her as some reviews here have. However, I first signed a lease for 425.00 and after not coming in on time to resign, they jacked it up to 450.00, fair I suppose but still somewhat unnerving.

My overall reaction after three years:
Do not move in here if you are wanting to get comfortable. If you only plan to be in town temporarily, this can be AN option, the only worse option being living in the street.

Do yourself a favor, look around more and do not consider this place, I am sorry to say such negative things but my experience has here has made me want to warn others.
