After living here several months my perspective has changed from good to bad about this place. They are quick to fix things because things go wrong all the time. Hot water was a major issue and AC this summer is a joke. The manager will sweet talk as nice as can be when you are looking to move in but after you get moved in and something goes wrong you get spoken to like a child or told anything just to get you out of the office. Maint workers here do work very hard because there is so much to do but most are not even qualified to do much. So everything is 2nd rate when it is fixed and usually needs to be fixed several times to get it right. Cutting corners is a way of life for this complex.

In several buildings here bugs are quite common such as bed bugs and cockroaches. They do spray on occasion but it is only enough to make them scatter not get rid of them.

If you like seeing a police presence then this is the place for you as they are here on an almost constant basis. Fights, Drunks and Drugs are a way of life here. That's just the tip of the crime in this apartment complex. There is a screening process that takes place before anyone is allowed to move in and it seems to be a process of making sure you can pay the rent not if you would be a good tenant. In some areas of the country this apartment complex would be considered a public nusciance and corrective action would be taken through the courts to get it corrected but for some reason city officials ignore it. If its night time and you like to party then you will enjoy it here because just about every night from dark till 4 Am there are people hanging out on the balconies partying and being loud.

I am sure if they were interested in cleaning up the bad element of this place they could hire a security service for at night but I doubt that will ever happen.

However: If you are down on your luck due to this poor economy and need something to help you get stable then this is possibly the place you need. All utilities are included. The rent is not awful and it does come with all appliances. Deposit is not bad.

If you do need to move here please hope that it is not for a long period of time.
