Bad management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Lived there multiple years. Management and office staff are slow to respond to problems and are not always available, the office hours suck. The only problems that were solved quickly were the ones they called Western Mechanical about.

Nice location, most apartments are nice, but problems arise eventually. And the raocehs are a major problem.
