I got an apartment here because of the size.
As far as I know they have more square footage than any in town.
They are very old though, which has advantages and disadvantages.
They are very quiet, but things seem to go wrong quite often.
And when things go wrong, don't expect them to be in any hurry to fix it.
Leaky roofing, broken heaters/air conditioners seem to be common.
I myself had no heat for a couple of weeks last winter.
Overall, I would just say the you get what you pay for....
so if you want something decent, go somewhere else.
