I read the negative comments from 1/16/03 and must say that my experience at the Lift has been nothing like that at all. I have had some trivial things go wrong at my place, but even the newest and best apartments in town have things that go wrong. The maintenance man was right on top of them, and even when I had a leaky faucet, that was fixed in 24 hours. It is nice and quiet out here, but we're really close to everything. As far as their having no heat for 2 weeks..I would venture to guess that that was a gross exageration frm the truth. That would be illegal, and whoever that was would probably own the Lift now!
These are not the most modern apartments in town, but mine is really cute, with new carpet and fresh paint, and new appliances. It is definately better to live here is you are thrifty like me!
