Avoid This Complex at All Costs (Disceptive Mgmt)

It frightens me to see positive reviews on this complex as it must mean the management is logging in to boost their review rating.

Those Management Rats will say anything to get your signature on their deceptive contract then screw you over like so many other good trusting Oklahoman's trying to get through school.

Consider alternative places to live (not any complex from Benchmark - the parent corp.)
