Before C-star bought the property, maintenace was prompt and reliable.

But now,maintenace is awful!! I reported problems with my bathroom back in JULY.

THREE MONTHS LATER -NO REPAIRS!! Shower knobs do not turn on/off correctly - the knobs keep spinning when I try to turn them off and the water turns right back on.

Also, the water is stuck on the shower head, the sink's hot water knob FELL OFF, the sink's cold water barely turns on but not enough to use for anything.

I have brush my teeth in the kitchen sink.

When I go to the office to follow up on when they'll fix my bathroom, they give my a bunch of BS about why it's taking so long.

They're not fulfilling their end of the lease and I can and will have to break my lease and move out.
