These apartments were in terrible condition but were very cheap and had reasonable management when I moved in two years ago. Since the most recent management change, the new company has showed no interest in fixing any (even major) plumbing, electrical or appliance related issues. The company is in the process of completely remodeling these apartments, and therefore will fix nothing in the old (meaning currently occupied) units. They have stated that rent for the remodeled units will be raised by at least 50% over current rates, and that all current residents will be forced to move during the next year. Due to the incredibly rude (and possibly illegal) treatment of the current residents, I would strongly recommend avoiding this management company under any circumstances.
