I have found this apartment complex to be substandard. The managment like to make you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside but in all honestly accomplish very little.

The water is off almost every week from early morning until about 5 p.m. If you call the office and ask them when the water will be back on they always tell you they don't know and that it was an emergency. Complaints were given to the manager about this problem and violation of tenants rights. The right to have some notification about water outages if it is applicable. Now the management puts signs out saying the water will be off, although it is off at leas once a week.

Trash lays everywhere and they refuse to do anything about it. Old mattresses and couches sit in the parking lot for months, never being delt with.

Airconditioners are terrible.

No security lighting. Rarely replace lightbulbs in porch lights.

If you call for a maintenece problem they are always to busy but the maintence guy can be seen in the office with his feet up on the table. He also does his laundry while he is supposed to be working.

Mail gets wet due to no protection from elements.

Manager tells you they are doing all this work and makes it sound like the place is going to be spectacular inside and out when in all actuality the only part that looks good is the office. Oh yes a few of the apartments have been redone but they take months to get done and all this is supposed to be done in a one year duration.

Don't step anywhere in the grass because you will step in dog feces. What little area of grass are available inside the complex have been landmined by all the dogs that people have here. There are fields that surround the property that would be fine for pets to use as opposed to the small plots of grass they have been using right outside my front door.
