Absolute disaster

I lived at The Lift for 1 year and honestly have to say I'm glad that year is over with. In the summer A/C would work only half of the time, so it was cooler outside than in. Our sewer backed up 4 times in one month and you can only imagine the terrible smell. Every time it took us several trips to the office and letters of complaint for the people to come (a week) and help us get the waste of the carpet (never replacing it just drying with industrial fans, trying to study or do homework is very challenging, very lucky we didn't get hepatitis A). Winter time the electric gets up to $200 because the poor insolation, and still freezing in the bedrooms. If you looking for party place to have a keg party than it is a perfect location, nobody ever complaint to us about it. I strongly recommend that you look every where else before putting an application to the Lift, the only thing lifted is your hope to get out of the lease.
