Linden Park is supposed to be a luxury apt complex in a college town. We have lots of nice features, like a gate that usually never works, and a water fountain that turns into a mosquito hangout/beer bottle sanctuary in the summer. Management is getting better! Thank god that Jeff is not here anymore. He was the most unhelpful person ever. The security gates hit my car and dented it...and he claimed that it couldn't happen... then the gate smacked into his wife's van....haha...
Also, someone tried to break into my apt over the summer of 2005 and Jeff the manager's response was that Linden Park is not responsible for my saftey.
Takes forever to get anything fixed... dishwasher has overflowed 2x, washing machine once... they cleaned it up with my towels. Told me to call back if it happened again.
Just general apt living... lots of noise and doggie poop everywhere.
Nice neighbors for the most part..
I think that it is a little expensive for what you actually get.
