expensive, but it's decent. But when we moved in, they told us we could use the hot tub anytime, so long as we were quiet. Then they changed it and won't let anyone use it after nine. It was probably because dumb kids were having sex in it, but still...
Overall, it's been a good experience. But they don't spray for bugs every month like they say they will!
