Great management, good place to live

The management is great. Prompt with everything, notices get put on your door before ANYTHING happens, and they keep the loud kids from ruining the peacefulness.
The pool is nice, the golf course is nice and FREE to play, and the appliances are all new so they really never have any problems. If they do have problems they are fixed asap. The maintenance guys are fast...
The manager can come off as a b*tch, but really she is just making sure the students stay in line and don't cause problems or act like jackasses.
Rent is a little pricey for Stillwater, but it's WELL worth it knowing that you won't get your car/apt broken into, knowing all of you appliances will work, knowing that the management will keep the noise level down, and mostly being around non-thuggish people.
