I'm currently living here and it's pretty nice. I do, however live on the bottom floor which can be a pain since the girl above me is rather loud. There is always plenty of parking and maintenance is always fast. They also have a security guy on duty after the office closes so you can call him if you have a noise complaint and they take care of it very quickly, this can come in handy close to the end of finals week especially! The rent is a little up there and I haven't really decided whether or not to renew my lease for that reason only...it really is a great place to live! But, beware of icy conditions, it took them a while to figure out to put sand down on the parking lot...all it took was someone to take out 3 trees from sliding on the ice...I think they've learned their lesson on that!
