this was the absolute worst place i have ever lived! they are not family friendly. they routinely invade your privacy and if you are not there they will walk directly into your apartment. they have the dumbest rules in the lease, some of which are not even legal. for example, you must show white in the windows to the outside at all times and you cannot even change a tire in the parking lot. they tried to make us clean the carpet professionally while we were still living there before we even moved out. then they proceded to charge us almost $700 to replace carpet that they had not even tried to get cleaned first. if they had it steamcleaned then it would not have had to be replaced. our neighbors were rude and would bang on our floor all the time. we were not even being loud. i would not recommmend this "apartment community" to anyone. save your money and don't waste your time. they will try to get all the money they can out of you, even illegally.
