The links is an ok place to live. I moved there hoping to get away from the college students since it's a higher priced community, but it didn't happen... there's a lot of college students! I do wish they'd patrol the eratic driving and loud neighbors better, but it's really the nicest place in Stillwater. The apartments are great - spacious, clean and LOTS of closet space. The walls are pretty thin, though... so if you value absolute silence, it's not the place for you.
My biggest gripe is that they do not shovel snow or keep up with the grounds around the apartments very well. The golf course is groomed everyday but they told me their lawyers wouldn't let them shovel the snow, which is a complete cop out.
Overall, it's a nice apartment, just know what you're getting.

The reason they do not shovel the snow is b/c if they take on the responsibility to clear the side walks and someone gets hurt they in turn are liable for that. However if they do not own the responsibility of clearing the side walks and make it known they are not in charge of this they are not liable for injuries. From a legal stand point I can see why they do this. My advice is be REALLY careful!
