Apartments look beautiful inside and out, until you move in. Management is extremely poor. They do not return phone calls, routinely invade your privacy without sufficient notice. They do not care when you have issues and nothing is ever addressed. Management is never around and consulting agents are rude and can't make any decisions. Inside of apartments - walls are very thin, can hear everything neighbors do from voices to opening and closing of cabinets/doors. Ceilings and walls have cracks running down them. They say that you can get your deposit back if you clean extremely well however this is not the truth. Walkways and stairways are extremely unsafe when it's cold. They do nothing to help with the snow/ice. If you don't mind maintenance crew waltzing in your home and going through your things without a second thought. I got them on camera opening up closet doors and looking through closets, brought this up to management and was told it was routine maintenance. You expect much more for what you are paying.

OMG thankyou! You answered alll of my questions and concerns. I was actually considering the Links because i figured it was such a big community, they'd be alot less likely to bug you-much less come in without notice!!. And for how much rent is, you're right! I would certainly want what im paying for ANND I would sure as hell expect my deposit back after cleanin the place up after i leave.

I totally agree with this guy. I was told by the apartment staff, that the apartment manger walked into my apartment without my notification or consent!! I read and reread my contract and that is illegal! he could have been a serial rapist for all I knew! I'm a single girl living by myself! What could I have done if he attacked me!? Stay the hell away from these apartments, the staff are also a bunch of inconsiderate jerks! And they give you lines upon lines of -------- when you ask them a question or have a request.
