I'm currently a resident. The living space and detail of the apartment is what 'sold me'. The building was built in 1925, so there is character. It would be wonderful if some additional updates were made and not just cover over old mistakes type updates, but still be true to the character as much as possible. The staff sounds helpful when you call, but I've found that you have to do a lot of personal follow-up before an issue is taken care of. Still I like my home and will stay as long as I don't experience too many problems.
