I've lived in Monticello for about two years and while I've had a few problems, none of it was at the fault of the staff. The buildings are old and have seen their share of problems, but the maintenace has always been helpful. Unfortunely I've had to call the emergency line a couple of times, but the maintenace people have always gotten back to me very quickly and when I had to vacate my apartment due to some flooding caused by a broken pipe they dropped $100 dollars from my rent. The office staff have always been very helpful. My biggest complaint stems from the lack of regard from some of the other tenants. I've have a few neighbors who were inconsiderate, but on the whole have enjoyed my two years living here.
