This is my second year living in Montacello Village and I have never had any major problems. The rent is resonable and the apartments are fairly big. I have never had any problems with the office staff.

We have had some problems with noise which the office staff promptly deals with. They have a strict 3 strikes you're out policy on noise violations. The couple times we reported noise they were taken care of promptly.

The maintenance people are extremly nice and helpful. They are quick and I generally only have to call them once. The only time I had to call them twice is when my air condition went out on an unseasonably warm winter day. They told me (nicely) that it would be 35 degrees again tomorrow so she asked if we could just stick it out until spring. We had to call emergency maintenance once and he was here promptly to fix the problem.

The only maintence complaint I would have is that once they were working in our bathroom and left a huge mess of dirt and some water on the floor. But again, it wasn't a huge issue.

Overall Monticello has been a nice place to live.
