Two major problems:
1) The A/C went down in July 2007. I asked them to fix it several times and they did a very bad job. In August I had to fix it myself.
2) Starting December 2008 the hot water was not hot but just a little warm. I told the manager and she told me that because of the cold weather I have to wait a little for the water to become hot. Sometimes, I had to wait 15 minutes for hot water but many times even after one hour the water was not hot enough to take a shower. In January 2009 I had the same problem almost half of the month. In February 2009 I have never had hot water one single day even after one hour waiting. At the end of the month I told the manager that I will not pay the rent and I will move out if they don't fix the hot water.
So even if they finally fix it I will look for another place to live because the manager is very unfriendly and unwilling to solve the problems.
