I lived at NCC for over 4 years. The appliances are OLD and break down often. The maintenance and managment staff change frequently. It is difficult to get things fixed when needed; which is a lot considering the appliances, carpet, and buildings in general are so old. When moving in you have to clean the aparment because they are not very clean. The laundry room always has at least 2 washers and 2 dryers broke down. The walls have been painted over so many times they hardly hold a tack. The best thing about NCC is that it is located out of town and near a pretty park. It is also right across the street from boomer lake--which is a lovely area. Otherwise, the building is old, musty, and the applicances hardly work.

I have lived at NCC for 3 years and have had NONE of these issues. Yes it is an older property, but most are in Stillwater. I have lived at many complexes around town and NCC is DEFINATELY the best. Maintenance is address quickly and the Office staff is great! The same manager and maintenance has been there since I moved in.
