Nice & Quiet -Love it

I have loved my time at NCC! The staff has always been friendly and helpful and it is a quiet place to live w/ my kids, which says alot in this town. The layout is nice and spacious with great storage. For an older property (built in 70s) it has been well maintained and they are always trying to improve things. I have lived in several apts. here in Stillwater and this management company is definately the best. I have read the other posts on this site and do not understand some peoples comments, it is not a "Party Property" as 1 stated and the current staff has been here ever since I moved in 3 years ago. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
