I was living at this apt complex for about 2 years, in the back of the property and my apartement flooded on a constaint bases. The managers didn't care what has happening and didn't even care about fixing the flood of water coming in. Finally, I had to get mean with them and they gave me a free months rent. They are now trying to keep my deposit eventhough when I moved out and when I moved out the apt was filled with mold, due to the water flowing into the apartment. The bottom line is that these people are more worried about their money than their guests.
