Under the new management things are going much better. (the previous manager was a nightmare) The apartments are nice, but since they are more than 30 years old, you should expect problems with plumbing, windows and some gaps in the walls. The complex was recently repaired, but they just covered old walls with new plastic panels. There is only one maintenance person working part time. Therefore, despite of his best efforts, he is unable to timely address all the maintenance issues. Air-conditioning and heaters malfunction quite often, especially at the beginning of season in Spring/Fall, when you start using them. Parking space is limited to one spot per apartment. Given a lot of units shared by two people, the lot is full in the evening and you ll have to park away from your house if you come late. This is a pet-permitted complex, so there s a lot of dog s poop around, no matter how hard the management tries to fight that.
Overall, the apartments are nice and spacious. The OSU bus stops right at the office.
