Henneberry Properties, which includes Oak Park Village, other apartment complexes and homes, is owned by a couple OSU professors who routinely hire incompetent dishonest managers. If you MUST rent from them, have your lease reviewed by a lawyer, have your lawyer keep a copy of the lease and plan to find a new place as soon as possible. Don't even think about getting your deposit back.
