Been living here about 7mos. Its a fairly quiet place, save the occasional singing drunk on the weekends. The apartment I live in is walled completely in white cinderblock, which gives it a very institutional feel. The management is substandard with a lack of caring, and general indifference to anything taking place within this complex. No pets, and the rent is a good deal higher to comparable apartments in the Stillwater area. Only upside to that is not having to get an OSU parking permit if you're a student. But even after that, I decided that trying to find a place to park is probably better than living in what looks somewhat like an Army bunker.
