The management (with the exception of one great guy) are horrible to deal with. It is impossible to get to, or from the apartment on home football game days. This is not the fault of the management, but it is a pain nonetheless.

They block off every entry to the parking lot except one on these busy days. I like the fact that they guard it, but the one they leave open is a one-way lane. This complicates matters because all traffic-coming and going-use this one lane, and its a horrible system.

These apartments are old, and falling apart. I only had to wait a long time for repairs once.

As far as noise, I only had to call the police once; and that was for a 3:00am finals week bru-ha-ha that was way out of control.

A lot of foreign students live here, which I see as a good thing. For the most part they do not bother others, and are keep noise to a respectful level.

As far as the management, I noticed many of the management dissapeared in a short amount of time. I have not had much experience with the new people, but they seem to be better.
