I lived in a two bedroom house owned by the apartments. It's a nice enough place to live, and if your a student you can't beat the location, but the owners are -------s! They have an "A list" and a "B list" for their tennents and it doesn't take much to get on the "B list." If you do make the less desired list, they never fix anything!!! They also try to milk you for all you're worth. If the rent is paid 5 minutes after 5:00 on the first, they tack on $25 and only accept cash. Besides all this, they are just plain rude. I wouldn't live there again.

This Person is right on! Do not rent from these people. The owners won't even talk to there tenants.. They say it is not there job,
