I have lived there for almost a year and since i have moved in the management have been incredibly rude. I have never been late on rent"not even a day" but they have persisted to treat me like i am planning on not paying them month to month. I started asking other people who live in the building if they have had any problems since living there and i was astounded at the anger and contentment that most of the residents had for the management. I also have known other people that had once lived there that have all been taken to court over bogus charges such as pet deposits that they say was never paid"even though these people have not owned pets" or supposed damages to apartments that were all falsely made up for the simple purpose of extorting money out of descent people. I am about to move out myself and have paid in full my contract with them and have already been slapped with 200 more dollars for a pet deposit that they say i owe them for a Hamster plus they are taking my 350 dollar deposit for cleaning my Carpet. Which by the way is all of oh 15 feet of carpet. I would suggest that anyone who wishes to not be screamed at by management and harrased on a monthly basis not live at a hennebery property.. remmeber i warned you.! its really not worth the rent or the headache
