When I first was taken to look at redwood falls the place was trashed, and the lady that was taking us on the tour assured us that they pay some one to clean the place regularly and that they were going to call them later. The place ONLY gets cleaned when there is an inspection coming and they do it late the night before. I was told that pets were ok if they were in a terrarium, ie: my snake that lives in a 10 gallon aquarium. They later tried to charge me $200 as a pet fine saying they found my snake (that I had informed them of) upon entering my apartment one day but refused to tell me what the hell they were doing in my apartment. The quark board in the entry way has things like "North side blood" carved into, and it's not a joke. In the half a year that I lived at redwood falls my nieghbors had been robbed, my apartment had been burglerized, the dumpsters had been set on fire, one of my nieghbors (a young mother to be) woke up to an unidentified man lurking over her as she slept and ran out when she woke up and screemed, and a 16 year old kid was sent to the intensive care unit of the stillwater medical center after being brutally beaten and robbed by 5 guys in the parking lot. The place is absolutely mold central. Its not even normal mold either, its like this evil, pinkish orange stuff.
Upon moving out they charged me every possible fee they could, close to $1000 so far and they said they still have to total some more charges. I gave them a 30 day written nottice and sent it certified mail, so I know they got it and that they got it over 30 days in advance. When I moved out I dropped off the keys in an evelope with the apartment number on it through thier night time drop box. Over a week later they call me demanding rent for the month after I have moved out saying they never got the keys and assumed I was still living there.

Henneberry Properties lacks ethics. They allow thier tenents to live in filth after convincing them it's not and they will try to bully you into staying with fees to the point at which they are quite certain you could never move out.
