The current manager is worse than ever

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
He never water the lawn, never tie up his two big dogs, arrogant his dogs dump everywhere and never clean up. Hard to deal with. Seldom show up during the day.

This manager is too irresponsible. He does not care people who live there, what he need is money.
