Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have only been at this apartment for 4 months but it is HORRIBLE!! The location and layout are actually pretty nice but that means nothing when coupled with the incompetent management and virtually nonexistent maintenance! The company that owns Squires Landing owns 4 apartment complexes yet only employs 1 maintenance man to take care of all 4. I have major things that still have not been fixed after 4 months. Don't do it!!!!
