DO NOT MOVE IN!! Hot water heater rusted out at the bottom in the middle of the night and they wanted me to go out and shut the water off. I called 3 times about this and they finally sent somebody over around 3am. All they did was turned the water off and said they would come back during the day to fix this. Meanwhile my new furnature is sitting in water soaked carpet. Spotted mold growing on the wall in the living room and reported this to maintenance. They came out to paint the apartment 2 weeks before I moved to cover up the mold. YOU CAN'T JUST PAINT OVER MOLD AND MAKE IT DISAPPEAR. The apartment manager at the time was the worst I have ever seen.
