First of all when we moved in, our apartment was nasty. They did not clean it at all. They made us sign a renewal for the next year,less than a month after we moved in and so we are stuck here for another year. After we signed the renewal, we had a cricket problem. On one night, I killed 13 crickets in my bathroom. This was on more than one occassion. Then after we signed a new lease for another apartment, one of the ------- in the front office took our apartment and then lied to us about it. They moved us to another apartment without informing us first. They also gave us a new roomate before we moved without telling us first. One whom we did not particularly get along with and failed to pay all of her part of the bills. They are overcharging for very poorly built apartments. They up your rent every year. There are people paying a lot less than we are for the same apartment. Nobody in the front office knows what is going on or what they are talking about. STAY AWAY from these crappy apartments.
