The first apartment I moved into at Jefferson Commons was filthy and disgusting. It had not been cleaned and the carpet made the bottom of our socks black. On more than one occasion, I killed up to 15 crickets a night in my roommates bathroom. When my roommate and I returned from Christmas break JC had put a random girl into one of two extra rooms without informing us of this first. We did not get along with this roommate and she failed to pay her part of the bills. We moved to a two bedroom because of the roommate problem and one of the b****es in the front office looked us in our face and lied to us about which apartment we had signed to move into. She was living in the apartment we were suppose to be living in, this is how we knew she had lied. To make matters worse, I got a notice saying I owed like 500 dollars for 8 days that I didn't even live in the apartment. I was told to pay the money or be out within 48 hours. I had to talk to four different people before anyone could figure out what was going on. I would never recommend someone living in these apartments. There is not enough space to write the problems and complaints we have. They are so cheaply built and overpriced. Stay away from these apartments, rip off!!
