I love my apartment and have had no problems. It seems a few of the other people who reviewed don't understand the roommate matching program. I was matched with my roommate and knew that when I agreed to do so I would have to take whatever I got. It's the same thing in the dorms! At least here you get a nice apartment with friendly management.

I haven't had any problems with bugs and pay for an assigned parking space so I don't have to worry about parking. If you don't want to take a chance of not having a spot - then they give you a chance to rent one.

They aren't really any more expensive than anything else for what you get. I think it's a great value and plan to renew.
