The grounds are nice and well kept. I have had no parking problems. The building is beautifully designed. I haven't had any maintenance problems that needed repair. It seems like whenever the whirlpool is supposedly "closed", that's when people seem to go there. Particularly at like 2 to 5 in the morning on the most irritating nights,.. like Monday night or Wednesday night,.. when you most need sleep. Security sometimes helps,.. but many times don't stop it,.. just a "keep it down". When you might want to socialize,.. there is the feeling that you are being watched and judged by security types,.. and residents(actually staff) living there who secretly are there to watch residents. They sometimes play music from loud speakers. There are various speakers in the lounge/workout room areas,.. and sometimes residents or ' play music on these. If you have a surrounding room, your body, bed, and such vibrate, and sleeping, studying, or thinking go out the window. The location of the room is important, different rooms would be farther or closer to irritations. I have had no problems with insects at all. The staff is easy to deal with when called, but it's like it's their job,.. and you are living there,.. so they get this judging you as a coworker feeling about them when you encounter them. The building is in close proximity to electrical buildings,.. and between all the wiring, tanning bed, speaker systems, high speed internet, etc. It makes it hard to sleep because of the waves sent out from them.
