I just came back from a weekend at Jefferson while visiting my friend who has recently moved in. I loved it! Im seriously thinking about making a move up there myself! For the price, the apartments are great. They are renovated and look very nice compared to most apartments I've seen. The other people who live there are very welcoming and everyone wants to have a good time. The parking was awesome and I felt very safe there. The noise level was a little high because of a party going on a few buildings down but it is summer and I did visit on a weekend. This place is all about college kids having a good time.
