Firt off let me say I have lived in three different cities since I left OSU/Stillwater and I would judge the Stillwater housing to be by far the worst I have seen. JC is cleverly marketed, but beyond that not many positives. Here are the problems I had
1. Noisy neighbors. Its cool on weekends but every night' Some of us did have to go to class.
2. Too many cops. JC hires off duty police officers who give out numerous public intoxication tickets and love to arrest underage drinkers. Worse than living with Bible beating parents in that aspect.
3. Horrible management. If you have problems you are on your own, but they are very nice until you sign your lease.
4. Inflated Rent. You do not get what you pay at JC.
5. Lack of Maitance. Again, you are on your own.
6. Shoddy workmanshipt. The top of my kitchen counter came off the week I moved in.
7. No parking. Is just that.
