I lived here from June of 2002 to May of 2003. In November of 2003, six months after I had moved out, I got a bill for $90 for maintenence required to paint and patch the walls. Then I noticed it was addressed to the girl that lived there after me, but was sent to my address - very disorganized. My roommates and friends had similar problems with being charged ridiculous amounts after moving out.

The apartments were put up very quickly, and therefore are of very poor quality. My roommate's closet rod broke and fell to the ground. And our bathroom cabinet fell off the wall. When we returned, the maintence people had screwed the cabinet back into the wall, but everything that was in the cabinet had been dumped out on the floor. Some of the bottles had liquids that were leaking onto the carpet.

Parking was never a problem. Overall, very safe, but everywhere in Stillwater is. There are many cheaper places that are just as nice.
