Upon move-in our apartment was totally trashed by the last tenant. The management had not had the apartment cleaned. It was not cleaned until our parents came to Stillwater and jumped on the case of the complex.
Our apartment also has a minor infestation with roaches. They just sprayed for the forth time since September. Before all sprayings we were told that we did not need to clean out our cabinets. This time the exterminator sprayed into our cabinets. Now, we must throw out half of our food and re-wash all of our clean dishes and pans.
I am currently in the process of demanding that the complex let me out of my lease.
The buildings are built cheaply. Thanks to my upstairs neighbors I feel like the sky is falling every night.
