First of all, ask the management to show you other apartments that are currently occupied to see the true conditions of the apartments. But, be sure to tell the incompetent "employees" (under statement) the definition of "other" apartment.

Furthermore, yes, there is a large population of insects in Oklahoma, but if students wanted to live with insects, they would camp outside instead of living inside an insect-infested abode. My dear friend lives at Apple Creek Apartments and when she has wants her apartment rid of insects, she calls management and they send an exterminator the next day. Most likely, the brain capacity of management at JC has been occupied and filled with air so with great certainty, they will not know what the insects are. Which, by the way is hard to believe, considering that is what the majority of the calls involve.

Also, the noise level is unbelievable. Persistently there are cops on duty and on call to shut down parties and disturbances but more over, it appears to the public eye as a prison with no control of the inmates with management included in inmate population on lock down for their stupidity.

So, my best advice to you, is to have the management read you the lease including all the small print they attempt to rush you through so that you will be informed on signing into your life from hell. As employed by JC, they should be competent; that is, they should possess the ability to read and comprehend the leasing material. So, make them read everything to you especially the small print. Even better, have them scream it out loud so that everyong will know (since the walls are so thin) what JC is really doing to us poor college students.

Oh, by the way, my major is civil engineering and the design of the apartments is horrible and I would have all engineers that worked on this design fired!
