Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
It was really a great apartment for the first year. It was my first apartment out of the dorms and me and a friend got the 4bd4bath. They did a great job finding a roomate for us though!
The bills were really rediculous for new apartments, 150 in the summer.
The maintanence was really pretty good for the washer and stuff, but my roomates toilet wasn't fixed for like a month.
The grounds were really dirty, broken glass everywhere. But most of all PARKING SUCKS!!! If you got there after like 6 it was really bad. The pool was closed half the time, and cops frequently walk the property looking for trouble. A friend got charged with trespassing in his own apartment.
After we moved out 2 years later, they charged us with a HUGE move out cleaning fee, anything and everything you can think of they charge you for. We had profesional cleaners come, and they still gave us a bill. We even painted some spots. Isn't that what a deposit is' WASTE OF MONEY, but great atmosphere, college students will be noisy.
