I have lived here for almost a year and at first when there were not a whole lot of tenants the maintainace was great but now it's sometimes hard to get things fixed but the absolute worst part is the parking!!! It's worse than living in the dorms. That the biggest complaint that I have except for the noise level, of course. If you get there early enough and can afford it, I highly recommend the covered parking.
