I have lived here for two years and I am about to sign another lease to live here for a third year. There have been some maintence problems but if you call them and keep reminding them then it will get fixed. We had a lot of problems when we first moved in but everything got fixed and is working fine now. We haven't had to call maintenence in months.

You can hear people sometimes but not much more than any other apartments. The partying has died down a lot since the first year I lived here. It gets loud sometimes in preferred view, especially in the summer/early spring but it's usually not a problem.

I didn't like the new card keys at first but now I think they are a good idea except that they make the doors look really bad. I used to get locked out of my apartment with the other keys and now I never do.

I had a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom. The bathrooms are in the bedrooms so the privacy is nice. The apartment complex is clean and nice and I would recommend it to other people.

I am the person who wrote this review, pleae dont sign a lease here. I am already having problems with the new management, and I have not even moved in again yet. They are rude and will try to screw you out of money. You can find someplace a lot cheaper and not have to deal with the bad management.
