When you see the model apartment in the office, do not think that is what yours will look like. Yours will be much smaller, your carpet and walls dirtier, and there will be dead bugs in every corner. The walls are very thin, I don't usually hear my neighbors, but I know when anyone shuts a door. That being said, on the weekends and thursdays, noise is taken to a new level. Everyone is partying. Sometimes that was great. I knew if my friends and I wanted to get loud we could. However, if you have early classes on friday do not expect any sleep. You will feel safe usually, unless you happen to walk by a huge party and drunk people start mouthing off. Certain people on the staff can and will help you. If you need to talk to someone, make sure it is a manager, the assistants are morons. So for the money, the reserve isn't bad. But you are definitely getting only what you pay for and nothing else.
