My experience at The Reserve was very much like what's described in lots of other reviews. The 4 bed/4 bath apartment room they assigned to me was previously occupies by some other guy, far from what the pretty model room looked like. The carpet was dirty to begin with; after my complaint, the management told me they would clean the carpet, and hold me from moving in for three days. Afterwards, I found nothing had at all been done to the carpet; ink stains were still there and dust were everywhere. Whenever I was doing laundry, I got nervous because the dryer might tear holes on clothes during normal operation. The sinks leaked now and then. Submitting work orders for maintenance would not solve any problem because those maintenance guys were not professional/smart/patient enough to fix the problems. There were so many bugs; and during Summer time, you got lots of wasps' company, nested right outside of your front door. During weekends, noise from parties would not end until 4am. The last thing that pissed me off was the management sent notice to all the leaving tenants at 6pm on July 30th, saying that if not moving out by 12pm July 31st, a $150 penalty would be charged for delays. I had to work my ass off to move my stuffs out before such a stupid deadline. I paid the rent for the whole month of July, i.e., literally ending at 11:59:59pm July 31st. But I had to move out 12 hours ahead of it so as not to get fined. If they could have informed me several days earlier, I might have changed my plans and things might be done in a nicer way.
