This is a horrible place to live! They told me when I signed my lease that I would live in a 4 bed/2 bath apt with my other friend starting June 10th and that we would be the only two there because we had other girls moving in in August. WRONG! We went to move in not knowing that there were still people living there and we ended up having to live there for two months with the grossest two girls you would ever know. We had to clean up their messes all the time because they were absolute slobs and we were having bug problems because of it. I don't know who has bug problems on the third floor but it was so bad. The first day we moved in was ghastly, we had to spend 11 hours cleaning up their filth because we couldn't even move in it was so nasty.
A month later at 9:00am on my day off, 12 reserve staff members and maintenance staff entered my apt with out notice and even walked in to my room while I was still in bed! I could've been naked! The worst part is that after the first guy walked in and realized there was someone sleeping in there, he left and a second person came in! how stupid can you be'!
Everyone parties all the time so it is almost never quiet. I've called the police twice since I've lived here because there were huge guys out in the parking lot moving cars so they would run into each other if they tried to back out. Another was because there were people so drunk they were hanging off the balcony and throwing alcohol bottles.
There are druggies that live here and sell drugs so be careful! there is a girl that roams the reserve because she needs drugs from the people that live adjacent to me and she doesn't live here but she will follow you to your car and ask to use your phone. She slept in the water heater closet one night waiting for them.
The printer in the computer lab NEVER works which sucks because that was one of the reasons I moved here. The parking is really bad right after dinner time. You usually have to call in a work order 3 times before anything happens because all the office staff are completely dense and use post it notes for everything and lose them half an hour later.
I wouldn't live here again if you told me I'd win a million dollars by signing another lease.

Updates with remodelling have been made and the much of the staff is new. I, personally, work here and have not seen any homeless or druggie people walking the area. There is a courtesy officer and 24 hour CA staff available for emergency needs. We all take the care of our residents seriously. The reserve is a college community, so you do find noisy students partying, but any dangerous activity should be reported and will be handled with your saftey in mind. As for entering an apartment, notices are put out 24 hrs in advance if the maintenance crew or staff need to enter an apartment. I know I didn't address all your troubles, but really, I am sorry you had a bad experience here. There seems to be a lot more going on now that is more helpful and fun for the residents.
