First off, the staff at these apartments are very rude and will harass you daily for rent. They have CA's stand outside people apartments looking for things to tell the staff. They fined me and my roommates because we had a few dirty dishes laying on the counter. WTF.. They can run in your apartment basically when ever they please. So for all you pot smokers beware. Our apartment was completely dirty and the tubs were filthy. At a rate out of 10 I would give this apartment a 1 just for existing. There are several other apartments in Stillwater Ok that are worth your money but the Reserves isn't one of them. If your roommates decide to grill something even though you can't have grills and your not home, you can still be fined. That's not fair to you especially if you wasn't even home. So just take my advice or all the other 57 posts about this apartment complex and spend your money else where and save the drama.
